Yogalates for Active Retirement

Having the chats with a few students yesterday after class, I was inspired to create this new class. Yogalates but for people who need to take things a bit slower. You want to move, stretch, strengthen, breathe and relax but let's face it, you need a different class to what you needed in your 40s.
We have a gorgeous yoga class for "beginners" on Wednesdays at 11.30. This is it's sister - Yogalates. Not dissimilar to the Wednesday session but in this one we'll make sure to always include a focus on strength and stability.
Who is it for?
Those in their late 60s, 70s or 80s.
Those who want to maintain their strength, flexibility and balance.
Those who enjoy the relaxation and headspace that yoga offers.
Those who come to "beginners yoga" on Wednesday with me and want another option.
When?
From September 12th
Fridays, 11-12am
