Live In Person Classes

in St. Paul's Parish Centre, Glenageary.

75 minute Vinyasa Flow

  • Monday, 8pm

  • Tuesday, 8pm

  • Wednesday, 10am

  • Saturday, 10am

 

Beginners Yoga

Wednesday, 11.30am - 12.30pm

Book early as places for live in person classes are limited. If a class is full, you can join the waitlist by downloading the app or email Caragh. 

Here's a step-by-step guide to booking a class. 

You can cancel or reschedule a class up to 4 hour before it starts. Here's how.

Please bring your own yoga mat and blanket. Yoga blocks and a bolster are provided for indoor classes but feel free to use your own.

HOW TO BOOK

There are a variety of payment options.

  • To pay as you go use the "book online" button below. 

  • Want to save time and money? Buy a class plan.

  • You can also sign up to a week or a month at a time of Sadhana. You'll find these options through the "book online" link below.

CLASS PLAN OPTION

The class plan payment option allows you to pay for a number of classes at once and use them within the allowed timeframe.

Click the link to see the options and buy a class plan. Once you've bought your class plan, you can use this to book a class through the "Book Online" page in the normal way. Just sign in and your booking will automatically be deducted from your class plan balance. 

If you cancel a booking, it will automatically be credited back to your class plan.

ON DEMAND VIDEOS

75 minute and 40 minute video recordings are available for purchase  through the Caragh Yoga online shop. The idea behind these videos is to offer you a practice that you can use anytime. When you purchase a video, you will receive a pdf file, containing a link to the video. Unlike the Zoom recordings, these video links don't expire. So you can do the practice again and again whenever you like!

LOCATION

Online classes take place over Zoom.

Indoor classes take place in St. Paul's parish centre on the corner of Adelaide Road and Silchester Road in Glenageary. Parking is available on Silchester Road (pay and display Mon-Sat.). Glenageary dart station is a 1 minute walk from the centre. 

​

Outdoor classes take place in Honeypark on the grass between the playground and apartment block. Visitor parking is available along the side of the park.
