Summer Schedule 2025

Classes run throughout the summer.

Caragh will be on a break in late July so there are no classes between July 20th and August 10th. Read on! Full details of all classes are below.

Class Details

Tuesday, Hatha Flow

75 minute class that takes place in Monkstown at 7.45pm.

No class during Caragh's break (July 20th-August 10th).

Wednesday, Hatha Flow

75 minute class at 10am in the main hall in St. Paul's throughout June.

For July and August we temporarily move to Monkstown and start at the later time of 10.30am.

No class during Caragh's break (July 20th-August 10th).

Wednesday, Beginners Yoga

60 minute class that takes place in the main hall in St. Paul's at 11.30am throughout June.

For July and August we temporarily move to Monkstown and the later time of 11.45am.

No class during Caragh's break (July 20th-August 10th).

Friday, Hatha Flow

60 minute class in Monkstown at 10am. No change for the summer.

No class during Caragh's break (July 20th-August 10th).

Saturday, Hatha Flow

75 minute class in main hall in St. Paul's at 10am. No change for the summer.

No class during Caragh's break (July 20th-August 10th).

Online Yoga

40 minute class that takes place over Zoom every Tuesday and Thursday with recording available afterwards.
