Restorative Yoga (75 mins) - Relax, Restore, Rebalance
This restorative yoga practice is designed to bring about a feeling of deep rest, relaxation and balance, as we return to our centre and that place of inner calm. It is always there deep within every one of us. We just need to tap into it.
In this practice, we linger in just a few supported postures, allowing tension to gradually melt away. An optional music playlist, poetry and Caragh's guidance will support you in that process of letting go. We will practice a simple pranayama which brings about an immediate sense of balance and calm, before settling into the final relaxation in savasana.
This practice is suitable for everyone, even those recovering from injury or feeling under the weather. Once you've experienced the practice right through from start to finish, you can then enjoy it in sections. Do a posture or two when you can and bring some relaxation into your daily life.
