Outdoor yoga is a little bit special. In this practice, we have a chance to truly connect to the elements. We ground ourselves on the soft, supportive earth, breathe the fresh air and stretch out in all the space we could want. Is there anything nicer than a savasana under a blue sky?
Covid-19 restrictions gave us the push to take the classes outside and we haven't looked back. Gathering together to practice in this beautiful setting has been so uplifting. As long as the weather allows, you will find us out there, making the most of it on our mats.
These classes take place in Honeypark, on the grassy area between the playground and the apartments. We set up the mats in a mandala formation, so while we have at least 2 metres between us, we are also connected as a group. You need to bring your own mat and dress for the elements. Prepare to wrap up if necessary, so you can really enjoy savasana!
Classes take place on Saturdays and Sundays at 10am, as well as randomly on weekdays when the weather looks promising. If you'd like to be kept informed about these classes, please drop me an email and I'll add you to the mailing list.
Limited to 14 students, prebooking is essential.
