In this practice, we move move through Rhythmic Vinyasas in rounds of 3 to build the alignment and core connection that is the basis of everything we do in vinyasa flow. A lovely all round practice that will leave the whole body energised and renewed. 

The guided relaxation focuses on relaxing tension in the face - an amazingly quick and effective way to bring a sense of ease to the whole mind and body!
