This summer, maintain your yoga practice wherever you are. This self-paced program consists of twenty recordings, each 40 minutes long (30 minutes of movement and 5-10 minutes guided relaxation). There is also a bonus stand-alone guided meditation. The yoga sessions were recorded throughout 2023 during the live online daily Sadhana practices. Caragh has chosen 20 recordings that together offer a balanced program. They are suitable for any time of the day, whether it's to give yourself an early morning stretch or to wind down before bedtime or as a little midday pick-me-up. How to work through the program: You can keep it simple and work through each video, starting at the first and making your way through them. However you don't have to do them in the sequence they are given, so you could read the brief description of each video and choose what works for you each day. There is no time limit, so you can revisit the videos as often as you'd like.
