Savasana
20 minutes of deep relaxation.
This video is from a live Zoom session we did. We being with setting up a supported savasana with props. Then there is a few minutes talking to take you deeper into a relaxed state of awareness. Then silence. After 20 minutes, you are guided back to a seated position to finish the practice.
Perfect for when you need to relax and recharge. This can also be used as a prelude to a great night's sleep.
