60 minute blend of yoga and pilates
Service Description
This practice combines yoga and pilates to build strength and flexibility while calming the nervous system through a balanced blend of movement, stretching, strengthening, breath awareness and guided relaxation. Yoga or pilates experience is helpful but not essential. Suitable for: Those who want to increase their core strength, joint stability and general flexibility while also enjoying the calming effects of yoga. When: Fridays, 10am Where: The Schoolhouse, Monkstown - a beautifully refurbished building, located on the grounds of the Church of Ireland church. Please book in advance to secure your spot as numbers are limited. Please bring your own mat. If possible, please bring a cosy blanket, a cushion. Blocks and resistance bands are provided but feel free to bring your own.

Cancellation Policy
Please bring a yoga mat and, if possible, a blanket and cushion. Note: A 12 hour cancellation policy applies. This means you can log in and cancel or reschedule your booking up to 12 hours before the class start time. After that if you need to cancel, please get in touch directly by text (087-9877552) and if your place can be filled by someone else, you will receive a refund.
