Service Description

Shoulderstand (Sarvangasana) is often called the “queen of poses” — but for many, it can feel anything but accessible. This focused 75 minute workshop is designed to help you build confidence, understanding and ease in your shoulderstand practice, whether you already enjoy it or tend to avoid it. We’ll explore: ✔️ The key benefits of shoulder stand ✔️ Who it may (and may not) be suitable for ✔️ Safe, supportive alignment ✔️ A range of modifications using props (blankets, wall, etc.) ✔️ Variations to make the pose more accessible or more challenging This is a practical, hands-on session where you’ll have time to experiment, ask questions and find the version of the pose that works best for your body. Who is it for? This workshop is ideal for students who: > Are curious about shoulder stand > Feel unsure or lack confidence in the pose > Want to refine their alignment and technique > Already practice it and would like to deepen their experience Details: Saturday 11th April, 11:15 - 12:30 Immediately after the morning Hatha Flow class Duration: 75 minutes Limited to a small group (approx. 12–15 people) to allow for individual guidance Spaces are limited, so booking is essential. Note: You will need your yoga mat and if possible, please bring some large firm blankets.

Cancellation Policy

A 12 hour cancellation policy applies. This means you can log in and cancel or reschedule your booking up to 12 hours before the class start time. After that if you need to cancel, please get in touch directly by text (087-9877552) and if your place can be filled by someone else, you will receive a refund.
