Service Description
This is an online class involving 30 minutes of movement and 5-10 minutes of guided relaxation. It takes place over Zoom at 7am, on Monday and Thursday each week, with a few exceptions to accomodate bank holidays, etc. Once the live class is finished, everyone who has booked in receives a recording of it which is available throughout that month and for a full week. The style of this practice is similar to Caragh's vinyasa flow classes, however given the shorter time frame, it's not as strenuous. The idea is to give you a compact, yet comprehensive practice that will ease tension, increase strength and flexibility and help you to relax and practice mindfulness. The trick is the consistency of the practice. If you practice every day or even a couple of times a week, you will notice a huge difference over time. You won't injure yourself and in fact, you'll head off injuries before they become an issue through this regular check-in with your body. Cancellation Policy
A 12 hour cancellation policy applies. This means you can log in and cancel or reschedule your booking up to 12 hours before the class start time. After that if you need to cancel, please get in touch directly by text (087-9877552) and if your place can be filled by someone else, you will receive a refund.
