Beginners Yoga (60 mins, all levels)
60 minute practice incorporating gentle movement and guided relaxation
Service Description
Please note, this class will move to Monkstown during July and August 2025 (later time of 11.45am) and return to Glenageary (11.30am) in September. In this 60 minute class, we improve our strength, flexibility and balance but we take it slow. It is tailored for people with little or no yoga experience, those recovering from illness or injury and also those who might have lots of yoga experience but are now older (60s, 70s, 80s) and need their practice to change with them. Each practice begins with time centring ourselves and deepening the breath. Then we stretch and strengthen the body, releasing aches and pains and creating more stability and ease. Each practice closes with a guided relaxation to allow the effects of your practice to settle into your body and give you deep rest. Suitable for: beginners, those coming back after injury or illness, over 60's.

Cancellation Policy
Please bring a yoga mat and, if possible, a blanket and cushion. Note: A 12 hour cancellation policy applies. This means you can log in and cancel or reschedule your booking up to 12 hours before the class start time. After that if you need to cancel, please get in touch directly by text (087-9877552) and if your place can be filled by someone else, you will receive a refund.
