Yoga Nidra - Guided Relaxation

This practice begins with a guided breathing practice - alternate nostril breathing (nadi shodhana) to help you become centred and calm. This is followed by a 30 minute guided relaxation (Yoga Nidra).
When you make your purchase, you will receive a document with links to two versions of the practice. Both are identical but you can choose to do the practice with music accompanying the Yoga Nidra section or without music. This means you can enjoy the simple silence or play your own choice of music alongside the practice.
