Wednesday Week 2 Rise and Shine Yoga
These Rise and Shine Yoga videos are similar to live classes I teach Monday to Friday on Zoom. 30 minutes of flowing yoga is followed by 5-10 minutes of guided relaxation. See below for a short video showing clips from some Rise and Shine practices.
This sequence incorporates lots of movements and twists to promote the health of your spine, detoxify your organs and ease out tight muscles in the back of the body, all the way from the glutes to the shoulders. This practice will gently energise you and leave you feeling taller, stronger and brighter.
