Wednesday Week 1 Rise and Shine Yoga

These Rise and Shine Yoga videos are similar to live classes I teach Monday to Friday on Zoom. 30 minutes of flowing yoga is followed by 5-10 minutes of guided relaxation. See below for a short video showing clips from some Rise and Shine practices.
In this sequence we work on opening the front of the body to create more space and ease. We gradually flow through a variety of backbends and balance this with lots of forward bending a twisting. Your back will thank you.
A guided relaxation without music, tuning into the moment and the sounds around you, will leave you feeling present and ready to move into your day from a place of inner steadiness and calm.
