Thursday Week 1 Rise and Shine Yoga

These Rise and Shine Yoga videos are similar to live classes I teach Monday to Friday on Zoom. 30 minutes of flowing yoga is followed by 5-10 minutes of guided relaxation. See below for a short video showing clips from some Rise and Shine practices.
As well as all the energising movements of all the Rise and Shine yoga practices, this sequence incorporates lots of standing balance poses - tree, warrior 3, eagle. If these are where you feel challenged, this is the practice for you!
We all have times when we feel pulled in all directions or when our head is in the clouds, unable to focus. This practice is designed to help you settle, find your roots, steady your focus. What starts on the mat will move with you through the challenges of your day.
