This 60 minute flow incorporates sun salutations, core strengthening, balance postures, backbends, forward bends, lots of yogic squats, inversions and twists. A lovely energising full spectrum practice for when you need to move.


We finish with a guided savasana, rotating the consciousness through the different energy centres to leave you tingling with relaxation.
