This 1 hour prenatal yoga practice is especially suitable for anyone 20 weeks pregnant or less. After that stage, you may need to modify it by lying on your side, rather than your back at times.


Recorded live over Zoom, this practice is designed to

  • relieve tension throughout the body 
  • create stability
  • build strength, particularly in the legs and around the pelvis
  • offer you a chance to deeply relax and connect to yourself and your baby
