Monday Week 1 Rise and Shine Yoga

These Rise and Shine Yoga videos are similar to live classes I teach Monday to Friday on Zoom. 30 minutes of flowing yoga is followed by 5-10 minutes of guided relaxation. In these videos I have added music by the lovely Anne Malone during relaxation to deepen the experience. See below for a short video showing clips from some Rise and Shine practices.
This sequence is designed to ease you into your week and leave you feeling calm and relaxed, ready to move through your day. Wake up your spine through a variety of forward bends, backbends and twists. Gently activate your core strength. Release tension from your hips and hamstrings. Then wind down with a guided body scan relaxation.
