75 min Vinyasa Flow - Strength and Stability
This practice cultivates strength, presence and connection to ourselves through a variety of core work, exercises that focus on gluteal and leg strength and balance poses. Woven throughout are creative connecting vinyasas which nourish the spine and maintain fluidity of movement and connection to the breath.
We begin on the floor, gradually building to a series of standing poses before winding down through deep hip releases and a long supported savasana.
Couple of yoga blocks or lots of cushions
Yoga bolster or something similar
Variety of cushions and a cosy blanket or two for savasana
