75 min Vinyasa Flow - Jala Namaskar
This 75 minute vinyasa flow yoga video is similar to live classes I teach on Zoom.
In this yoga practice, based around Jala (water), we connect to our own sense of fluidity, moving first through Jala Namaskar, salutation to water and then a series of fluid backbends. With options for every level of yoga experience, we explore among other backbends, bow, camel, restorative bridge and upward bow. To fully nourish the spine, we balance this back-bending with lots of side-opening, forward bending and twisting.
As we wind down, you can choose to move into shoulderstand and plough or the more restorative legs up the wall. A practice that you can do again and again, choose what is right for you today.
