For when you want to lie low. In this practice, we keep it on the earth. Lots of floor-based hip-openers and twists. Alternate nostril breathing to bring balance and calm, clearing feelings of stagnation, becoming grounded, present in the here and now.

A great one for when you struggled to get out of bed or you've had one of those days.
