40 Minute Space Creating Practice
This practice in corporates lots of gentle backbending - on the back, the knees, the front, with modifications to make it suitable for pregnancy. As well as creating space in the front of the body, we ease out tension from the sides and back body, leaving you feeling relaxed, awake and energised.
During the final relaxation, you'll learn a lovely simple 16 second meditation which you can take with you off the mat for those moments when you need it. 16 seconds and calm descends!
