In line with government restrictions, you must be fully vaccinated or have recovered from Covid-19 in the last 6 months to attend indoor classes. You will be asked for proof of this when you first attend an indoor class. 

There is no government limit on numbers but to ensure everyone feels safe and has enough space, numbers are limited. Pre-booking is essential for contact tracing and to ensure your spot. 

Please please don't come to class if you have a cough or feel in any way unwell. A refund will be given if you need to cancel. Click here for a quick video tutorial on how to cancel or reschedule a booking. 

Bring your own yoga mat. The windows will be open, so wear plenty of layers and bring cosy clothes along with a blanket or two for savasana. Some yoga blocks are provided but feel free to use your own.

Please wear a face mask until you are on your mat.
