This class is tailored for people with little or no yoga experience, as well as those recovering from illness or injury or who just want to take things slow! Each practice begins with time centring ourselves and deepening the breath. Then we will move, stretch and strengthen the body, releasing aches and pains and creating more ease. Each practice will close with a guided relaxation to allow the effects of your practice to settle into your body and give you deep rest. Please bring your own yoga mat, a blanket (2 if possible) and a cushion. Blocks, bolsters and yoga straps are provided but feel free to bring your own. This class takes place downstairs in the main hall in St. Paul's Parish Centre in Glenageary. The centre is located on the grounds of the church on the corner of Silchester and Adelaide Road. On-street pay and display parking is available on Silchester Road and Station Road (the road beside Glenageary Dart Station).
A 4 hour cancellation policy applies. This means you can log in and cancel or reschedule your booking up to 4 hours before the class start time. After that, if you need to cancel, please get in touch by text or email. You will then receive a refund only if your place can be filled.
