1 Month of Online Yoga (March 2025)
Live at 7am, online and on replay.
Service Description
These online sessions take place live over Zoom generally on Mondays and Thursdays at 7am. Note: There are a couple of exceptions in March. There is a session on Wednesday, March 12th instead of Thursday that week. There is a session on Tuesday, March 18th, rather than the bank holiday Monday. When you book the month of March, you will receive access to all live classes and their recordings that month. So you are booking in for a total of 9 sessions. Access to each recording is available throughout the month and for 7 days after. These sessions are designed to release tension through 30 minutes of movement and 5-10 minutes of guided relaxation. Accessible to yogis of all levels and experience. You will receive the link to the live class 30 minutes before each class and the recording approximately 20 minutes after.

Cancellation Policy
A 12 hour cancellation policy applies. This means you can log in and cancel or reschedule your booking up to 12 hours before the class start time. After that if you need to cancel, please get in touch directly by text (087-9877552) and if your place can be filled by someone else, you will receive a refund.
