1 Month of Online Yoga (June 2025)

Service Description

These online sessions take place live over Zoom on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7am. When you book the month of June, you will receive access to all live classes and their recordings that month. So you are booking in for a total of 8 sessions. Access to each recording is available throughout the month and for a couple of months thereafter, giving you lots of time to revisit each practice. These sessions are designed to release tension through 30 minutes of movement and 5-10 minutes of guided relaxation. Accessible to yogis of all levels and experience. You will receive the link to the live class 30 minutes before each class and the recording within an hour or so of the class finishing.
